Dr. Maul's Family Practice would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who participated in our Health First Program. As a result of our program's success, Dr. Maul's Family Practice has teamed up with Easy Care, located at 5700 Rowlett Road, Suite 140 in Rowlett, TX 75089, to provide even more affordable health care.
Starting September 1, 2011 Dr. Maul's Health First Program will change to reflect our relationship with Easy Care. Easy Care specializes in accute care issues, such as: cold, cough, sore throat, seasonal allergies, skin rashes, cuts, scrapes, male and female well visits (physicals), discounted school/sports physicals, flu shots, and much more. Unlike Dr. Maul's Family Practice, Easy Care does not accept any health insurance plans. The savings allows Easy Care to offer office visits at just $49.00.
At Dr. Maul's Family Practice we fully anticipate continuing to be your primary care physician for all of your chronic illness, referral, and coordination of care needs.
