Front office staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. This was my first time to the office, as I am a new patient. After a short wait in the lobby area,I was seen initially by Dr Maul's nurse assistant (this is normal process in most family practice) and later was treated by Dr Maul. He is a very good listener and maintained a pleasant professionalism throughout this initial patient visit.
